At Driffield Championship Dog Show under breed specialist judge Mr D
Bates, Storm was placed 3rd in Puppy Bitch.
At The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Great Britain's Championship Show
under breed specialist judge Mrs J Wang, Storm was placed 2nd in Puppy
Bitch. She certainly enjoyed her day out!!

At the Midland & Northern Rhodesian Ridgeback Club's
Championship Show under all round judge Ms Z Rawson, Storm placed 1st in
Minor Puppy Bitch |

We, along with Storm, went to the Midland & Northern
Rhodesian Ridgeback Club's annual fun day held in aid of Ridgeback
Rescue. As usual it was hosted superbly well by John and Cheryl Macfall
at their lovely home and garden. Lots of Dogs and their people attended
joining in the activities which were organised and presided over in
their own inimitable style by Ann Gates and Alex Schofield. With little
encouragement needed (it seems they were leaning against an open door)
Ann and Alex got everyone to join in the many games and the agility
course. Much to our surprise Storm "walked the plank",
although she's never even met a pirate, and had a good time in the
"scurry", first out in the sausage eating - too tempting
to wait. All the dogs enjoyed themselves and behaved impeccably. The
buffet was excellent as usual - a big thank you to the catering
team headed by Cheryl. A very enjoyable day was had by all with a tidy
sum being raised for Rescue. Thanks to all who contributed but
especially to John and Cheryl for opening up their oasis of peace and tranquility
to this Canine Mad Hatters Tea Party!!!! |

At Blackpool Championship Show under all round judge Mr A
Brace, Storm was placed 2nd in Minor Puppy Bitch |

At the Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show under breed
specialist judge Mrs S Simper Storm,
at only six months old and very much the baby of the class, was placed
4th in Puppy Bitch. Already doing all that I ask of her in the ring she
is a pleasure to show. |

Following her day out on Friday, it was at Border Counties
Hound Club Open Show that Storm
made her next appearance. Under breed specialist judge Ms C Macauley she
was placed 1st in Junior dog and followed this up by winning Special
Puppy Stakes under all round judge Mr F Kane. A lovely weekend! |

At Birmingham National Dog Championship Show under all
round judge Mrs J Peak, Storm was placed 3rd in Minor Puppy Bitch. She
enjoyed herself tremendously and so did we! |

It brings us great pleasure to report on Storm's
arrival on the show scene. On 1st May 2006 at the North West Canine
Association's Open Show under All Round Judge Mr R Metcalfe, Storm
was placed 2nd in Junior Class and awarded Best Puppy in Breed. Later,
under Group Judge Ms Sheila RM Thomson, she took Puppy Group 1, thus
emulating her dam, Solo,
who took Puppy Group 1 at the same show in May 2000! We are
so proud of our little girl, all of this and only six months old to the
day!!! |

 It
is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful girl Kelly. On Saturday 15th April 2006, old age finally overtook her and we
had to let her go. Mere words cannot describe what she means to us, she
was our mischievous baby, our beautiful young lady and eventually our
dignified old matriarch, respected and loved by all. Run easy, run free,
our beautiful girl. |
