Sid
It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have to inform you of
the tragic and all too early passing of my darling husband Sid. After a
long battle with debilitating disease he slipped quietly away on
Saturday 9th January 2010.
Sid came into ridgebacks somewhat later than I but quickly made up for
lost time. Wanting to keep a dog to show from our second litter he
handled Ch Kwekwe Kiko to his title. Kiko was his pride and joy.
Sid became a committee member of the Midlands & Northern Rhodesian
Ridgeback Club and was instrumental in the setting up Midlands &
Northern Rescue.
 In later years nothing pleased Sid more than to have Kiko’s niece, our
gentle and loving Kika, sit at his side for a fuss and treats.
Sid, both I and the girls miss you greatly, thank you for the last 53
happy years; until we meet again,
