A super day at Crufts was made all the more exciting when Storm was placed 2nd in Open Bitch!!

They day had barely dawned before Storm, Credwyn and I had set off along the concrete ribbon known as the M6, to the NEC in Birmingham, for Storm's first show since Blackpool in June last year.

Having arrived safely, we set off for the walk from car park to halls. As we did so an empty bus beckoned to us, to save our legs we decided to jump aboard; not literally you understand, apart from Storm for whom this was a first ever bus ride! She took it all in her stride though.

Toward the end of a long day with 206 exhibits to be seen came Storm's Class, Open Bitch. Expertly handled by Credwyn, and much to our delight, judge Mrs E Tan-Hietalahti from Finland placed her 2nd in a class of 25. We were all so proud of her! Not even the downpour which accompanied us back to the car park could dampen our spirits!!

My Darling Kika!

Still a puppy, even though she is 13 years old today. She'll be sharing all sorts of goodies, and playing all kinds of games, with her kennel mates.
